Reporting a Concern
If you have concerns for the health or welfare of children who are a part of Proximity Church (at any level) - or - if you have concerns regarding the behaviour or conduct of a Proximity Church member, please complete this form and send a copy to safeguarding@proximitychurch.co.uk
If you think a child is in immediate danger please contact the Police without further hesitation.
If your concern relates to the conduct of a Designated Safeguarding Lead, please contact the Proximity Church Chair of Trustees via info@proximitychurch.co.uk
