The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of Proximity Church within clearly defined time and scope boundaries.
Reporting to the Team Leader (Church Leader), this role provides operational structure, administrative support, and logistical oversight to enable the church to function efficiently.

Work Pattern/Hours: Part-Time (8 hours per week)
Contract Type: 12-month fixed-term
Salary: £28,080 pro rata
Annual Leave: Statutory entitlement plus bank holidays (pro rata)
Start Date: 1st February 2026
Location: Home-based, with occasional travel to church venues
