The outpouring of the Holy Spirit in Asbury is a clue that God is doing something, and He is asking us to pay attention. It’s time to lean in with increased devotion, preparing our hearts, and strengthening the walls of our souls to carry the coming glory of revival.

Prayer Rooms are a dedicated space to explore God through prayer and creativity. They challenge and inspire us to go deeper, finding new ways and remembering the old ways to encounter God.

  • We have the code to the key box by the door. This will allow us have 24 hour access throughout the week. Please ask your house church leader for the key code.

    The prayer room is fully accessible for wheelchair users.

  • There is some parking on site, please be considerate to residents of Victoria Road, other prayer room users, and be mindful of permit restrictions.

FIVE Tips for Thriving in Prayer Week

  1. Set Your Alarm

    If you have signed up for slots or attending collective prayer, set an alarm it’s too easy to forget

  2. Come ready to pray

    Use your journey to the prayer room to centre yourself. Bring a notepad, bible, worship songs, items (like prayer beads), prayer lists that might help you to centre your scattered senses.

  3. God is With you

    God is always with you. Through prayer we are reminded and become aware of God’s presence. If in doubt, pray “come Holy Spirit” a few times aloud, see what happens!

  4. Try Something New

    Try using these helpful practices and resources:

    Journaling
    Quiet Time Guide
    Lament
    Virtual Prayer Walks

  5. Pass the Baton

    When the next person arrives to take over from you, pray for them and their slot(s). Pass on the blessing that you have received to keep the momentum.
